PURIFI H2O collects information about your organization and other affiliates. It may include your company’s name, individual representatives, telephone number or other details (collectively, “Company Information”). PURIFI H2O collects Company Information as necessary to provide you with goods and services. This includes collection of Company and Individual Information for special corporate or marketing events. Sometimes your Company Information is provided to PURIFI H2O after your organization signs an agreement with PURIFI H2O. SMS consent and phone numbers will never be shared with third parties or affiliates under any circumstances. SMS consent is not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We message customers after getting their express consent by asking them over the phone, or via our website (www.purifih2o.com).

PURIFI H2O will advise you of the purpose for collecting your Company Information prior to collecting it. If your Information will be used for a purpose other than for which it is collected, PURIFI H2O will obtain your consent. Your consent may be obtained verbally, impliedly or in writing. PURIFI H2O discloses some of your Company Information to third parties including consultants, partners and vendors (collectively, “Vendors”). PURIFI H2O at times may provide a limited amount of your Personal Information necessary to permit the Vendor to perform the services for which the Vendor is engaged, such as water filtration installation, product sales, water sampling and testing, decommissioning and other services involving water treatment.

You have the right to obtain a copy of, or view any Company or Personal Information by submitting a written request to PURIFI H2O. You may request PURIFI H2O to change or delete your Company’s and/or your Personal Information from PURIFI H2O active database.
